Legal Portal Nekovri

Nekovri has been offering its members various collective services and products for many years. As a cold storage company, you regularly enter into agreements with customers. Because Nekovri members store goods for third parties, it's important that this is done carefully and legally. Therefore, Nekovri, in collaboration with its in-house lawyer, has drawn up a draft storage agreement that is directly related to our general storage terms and conditions.

The association has also prepared several sample letters that can be of added value to members. These can be helpful when a customer fails to fulfill the agreement or can no longer fulfill it. For example, Nekovri has a draft notice of default with reference to the right of retention and lien from our general storage conditions and a sample letter in which you announce your exercise of your right of retention.

For simple questions arising from the general terms and conditions, where the in-house lawyer can provide initial advice by phone or in writing, Nekovri members are not charged a fee. For more complex questions or if the initial advice is insufficient to resolve the problem, a special rate is offered to Nekovri members.
